Default Which cams are better for forced induction if I want to stay OEM.

I have a choice between civic type-r cams or GSR cams, which are better for a turbo b16? Thanks.

i've seen GSR cams make 500whp, but the CTR cams have alot of overlap, they may give some power to 300whp cars, but they also have alot of overlap, so i guess if you throw on some cam gears then you are good to go. But i wouldn't recommend CTR cams to a normal 250-300whp car, GSRs will pull hard to 8800rpms all day long.

CTRs will make more power on the same setup.
If you have no cams yet, then get type r for sure.
If you have GSR already, then your power goals should dictate whether or not you want/need to upgrade them.

most of the time it owuld be around 300whp...

I think I go with GSR cams for now then, and maybe later on go with crower turbo cams or something like that.

low to moderate boost, go with GSR.

Mid to high boost, go with ITRs.

thats the problem though with H-t right now. Everything has been covered. Im just banking that once K-series come down in price a whole new section of topics and research begins like H-t used to be.

What kind of manifold?

If it's a log... with high backpressure... go with a shorter-duration higher-lift. Otherwise if it's tubular, up the duration because it will run at a lower TIP so you will get less reversion and make more power.
