Swapped a gsr into my eg. I want to retain my ac, so I bout the crv ac brackat to bolt up to my condenser, and the block. I went to use my stock d series ac belt and it is too loose. What belt should I use?

After you've figured out how much slack you have with your current belt, take the belt you have now down to an autoparts store, and tell them you need a belt that is about "____" much smaller than what you've got now.
They should be able to figure it out.

I'm using the stock d series compressor, yes.
As for the tensioner.... I'm assuming that's the little bolt that screws down on the bracket. Well, I don't see how that touches or affects anything. please if someone can post a picture.

that didn't work for me. the gsr belt was way too big. mine dosn't work(broke a hard line when installing motor) so i never bothered to put one on. but when i do, i'm just gonna measure what length i need

no, but it make sense right? i mean you get a crv bracket or del sol dohc. they have the same compressor with a dohc motor. so it has to work. that it was i was gonna do. if not sure do this. go ahead a measure your belt you have now and see what more slack you need and then bring your belt with you to the auto store and then ask for the del sol dohc belt and compare. i'm thinking crv belt would work too. not sure tho.
