my buddy has a gathers cd player, but he says the plug on the back of it is some sort of circular plug. with like 6 wires on it. ( the plug that usually plugs into the big factory radio harness) does anyone know anything baout wiring these things up ? or any type of adapter or anything about this thing ? ANY INFO WOULD BE HELPFUL , as we have NO experience with these things

isnt the gathers just a japanese radio, you wont get reception here...only good for cd's. correct me if im wrong.

thats fine, bc were not hicks, and thats basically all thats on the radio anyways. and i believe you can get an adapter to tranfer over and pick up US stations.

You can get an adapter for the stations. It should be a din plug and it needs to plug into a stock tape/radio unit (like a cd changer) to work. Lets see a pic of the plug to be sure.

 

ill go over my friends house and takea pic of it... and post it up this weekend. thanks for all the good info.
