Ok, like the title says I am having idling issues.
Here is the problem:
The car runs fine at idle without the lights on, the fan to cool the motor being on, and the brakes being pressed down. Once one of these or a multitude of these things is currently being used, the car acts as though it doesnt want to run and will act as though it is going to die they will go back to normal idle for a sec only to repeat the same process.
First off the idle adjustment screw was way off, so fixed that, now like I said it runs smoot without an problem with it is parked and just running. Once the fan, lights or brakes are being used, the idle has issues.
To me, based on all that is making the car do this, I am thinking that it would be a voltage issue, because all use electricity to some degree. What do you think?
Do you think that the altenator could have something to do with this issue? Maybe not putting out enough?
Let me know. This has been going on for a while, and I have just finally decided to get tired of it and attempt to fix it. Thanks

The battery is only a year old. I will check all the grounds and clean the terminals. Any other possible solutions that could come of this?

Ok, i have been informed about a possible issue that some OBDII cars have when they convert to OBDI.
If there is anyone out there that has had this type of an issue after converting to OBDI please fill me in on how I should fix this problem. thanks!

Ok, update. Put the stock ECU back in the car. Ran the codes:
23-knock sensor. It is broke.
54- Crank Flucuation sensor
65 - 2nd O2 heater. Not hooked up cause dont have a cat.
However, the problem still remains. The thing is this, it only does it when it is at idle and I rev the throttle and let it idle down. Normal driving and coming to a stop does not affect the normal idle as it did in the past. Only when I am at idle and rev the throttle.
I am going to check the spark plugs, because it seems to be running a bit rough and this has been suggested to me as something that I need to check.
Checked the grounds and they are find, no loose wires or corrotion on the battery. Next up is plugs, and IAVC cleaning.
If anyone has any insight it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Ok, Problem fixed. I will give you the short list as someone has already told me that i wrote a book...LOL
The issue is fixed. The idle is normal other then a sound of loping while still cold. Once the motor warms up it is fine and does not give any problems.
Changed the plugs, needed it
Set the timing- it was just a bit off now it is at 16 degrees and running smooth.
Changed the ECU chip- This was the real issue. After I had everything fixed with the factory ECU- I moved to try to isolate the issue with my OBDI conversion. I guess my motor didnt like the chip and it exacerbated the problem which was actually really easy to fix.
Thanks to some help from a very well known member, I was able to get it straight. I changed the chip in the ECU to an old one that a friend had given me and it ran like it was completely stock.
Other then the slight loping that I am having the motor is good and so is the idle. I dont know if the whether is what is causing that or the chip, but I am willing to deal with it because it is barely noticible.
Thanks to all those that commented and tried to point me in the right direction.
