well i do love the sound with the silencer in, much better because its not all loud and stuff but my silencer is stuck in there.. i can't take it out hmzZ.. tips?

 

needle nose pliers work with my tanabe.

 

take out the screw and hit the gas once. should POP right out (into the grass hopefully). Needlenose pliars if you have some handy seems like a great way though

 

remove the screw then use pliers or that hook took (its like a screwdriver but w/ a 90 degree angle tip at the end) and it should come right out.. just dont break it..

 

Take some wire clothes hangers, striaghtened, then gather a few together and bend them all down into several hooks, then insert them into the silencer so that the hooks catch inside the silencer, and pull. I know a guy that had to do this w/ his Tsudo canister muffler, they ended up attaching the clothes hangers to another car and yanking it out.

 

i wouldnt think its would be that hard to get it out, try the hanger trick, or just take out the screw and drive it, my tanabe silencer fell otu while i was driving with the screw in it

 

wellz got it out.. i used a L shape metal and just kept yanking it back and forth

 

How much did the silencer reduce the noise?

 

a lot.. not as high pitched and deep sounding.. i love it.. i got better gas mileage too
