Default Passing Inspection with a turbo'd car (and tinted windows). Has anyone done it?

I'm curious who (if anyone) has passed inspection with their turbo on the car. I have a obd2 civic with the obd2 motor, but running a chipped obd1 ecu. What I can do (or atleast I think I can to pass) would be to:

Put my stock injectors on with the right clips
Plug my obd2 computer in
maybe take off my frontmount and make a "cold air intake" out of my charge pipes?
I have a cat too.

Ok, I totally forgot I won't pass inspection for having tinted windows. My inspection is up in March. I have manual windows. I was thinking, Could I roll my windows down, take the cranks off of the windows and drive to the DMV?

I know I could just buy a sticker, But I would love to beat the system. Thanks for the reading.

I dunno dude. In NJ, it's very hard now to get past the system. I've heard stories that they plug in OBD scanners now to check the integrity of the vehicle. This way they'll know pretty much everything about your car.

However, a few months ago, I brought my parents' 01 Civic DX in for inspection. They didn't plug anything in. Weird.

I know for a fact that you will not pass with tinted windows. Even if you lower the windows and remove the crank, they will fail you for windows that don't work. Other than that, if you put back your old computer, and you didn't actually alter any emissions settings, you should be fine. During idle, your fuel consumption/timing should be very close to (if not at) stock levels, right?

You can keep your front mount on, that doesn't really matter. NJ doesn't have a "visual" inspection. As long as you pass the regular emissions, gas cap test, headlights/blinkers/highbeams/horn, etc you will pass.
