Default help Crankshaft bolt/pulley

is the crankshaft bolt reverse threading?

I still canot get this bolt off.

heat, wd40, secure the crankshaft somehow there are quite a few ways to do this, and use a fairly long breaker bar. i used a 4ft extension to get mine off. and use anti-seize or assembly lube when you put it back on, it will help next time.

1/2 in air gun if to tight for that hit it with the 3/4in air gun

Jumping on the breakover+ cheater bar broke mine loose. I used the honda pulley holder tool.(Good if you dont have air tools). Good luck, its a fighter.

i should be breaking mine lose soon whats the best way to secure the crank anybody?

the crank pully eholder tool is the best way to hold it. next best thing is to shove a pry bar into the ring gear on the flywheel

i went to autozone to get that tool from the loan-a-tool thing and they had no idea what i was talking about..

autozone is stupid u can ask the for camshaft for your 2005 mazda rx7 and they bring you some

there has got to be a cheaper way to do this .. with a decent set of tools..what if you keep the front passenger side tire firmly on the ground and the car in gear would this work???? can you keep the crank still like that??
