looks good to me. I have the Skunk 2 Shift ****, that thing is really heavy, it really makes shifts effortless. I know the **** alone is like $50 or something like that, and the bushings are like $10, so that's $90 for the shifter which seams worth it to me, since it's skunk 2, and not some cheap ebay shifter.

Best bang for buck --> ES shifter bushings. ($10) My R's stock shifter felt 100% better after I put them in. I've had short shifters, but it's not worth the $$. Plus, I really don't think they're beneficial in any way, except premature tranny wear.
