That thread only talks about the holes that are on the outside what i want to know is how do i plug up the hole that is big which has the 3rd brake light wires go through but thanks for the help

If you know how to weld, than cut a small metal patch, and weld it shut. Or glue the patch on from the inside using a 2 part metal bonding glue....then bondo, finish, prime and paint. Sound easy?
