Default too much milling equals valve contact?

well i took my engine to the machine shop.he installed the block gaurd honed the cylinders, and decked the block. then the head ended up needing decked also. and now the block is going to need alignhoned, which he said will raise the crank a little bit. i am going turbo. i bought srp 9.2:1 pistons. should i worry about my compression being to high, or my valves hitting the pistons?thanks

i'd really like to run a oem headgasket, but i was wondering if i found out the thickness of the oem headgasket, and figured out how much was milled off the head and block and added that together and got a cometic headgasket that thick, and are cometic gaskets reliable?
