How many degrees advance or retard on the Intake and Exhaust Cam?

most people with jun3 cams or any cams that have fairly tall lift and big duration, there is really no need for much cam tuning. Most Jun3 owners will find that they will most likely make the most power @ 0,0. If you want to play with the cam timing, I wouldnt go past +1 intake, -1 exhaust, as you might be pushing the valve to valve clearance because these cams have long durations. Bottom line, cam tuning with jun3 will not gain you much power, a/f ratio, timing, and the redline will be what gets you the power. My jun3 settings are 0 intake, +1 exhaust.

mine was set at 0,0, then at the last race i changed them to +4, -1 and gained a 1/10th and 1mph through the traps consistently.
