1990 accord ECU problems

1990 accord ECU problems

How can I determine that my ecu is bad? I just replaced the engine and now I get no spark or fuel. I measured the plug at the throtle position sensor and I get no voltage. I have checked the fuse inside and the one under the hood. I just need to be sure the ECU is bad.

Have you checked the main relay?

Did you bolt down the ground wire at the t-stat housing?
