trailing arm torx bolts

Default trailing arm torx bolts

i searched and couldnt find anything on the torx bolts for the rear trailing arms to get the drums/rotors off of the trailing arm, is there a trick to getting em off? i tried last night for like 2 hours and didnt get anywhere

do a search someone did the same thing that you did. i believe its a T55 or T50 sorry i'm not sure

i know its a t50, but theyre on there good, corrosion is a bitch, and i already searched

you should soak them in penetrating oil or wd40 for a while

I tried removing the hubs from a spare set of TAs last night, but those damn torx things are ****. I have the correct sized driver for it, sprayed the **** out of it with pb blaster, and still nothing. A 14mm socket should fit also, but both of mine are busted. (NOTE: They are snapon and I broke them both with a 12" rachet and one arm. Snapon is garbage...)

EDIT: NM. I just checked the the damn thing is round on the outside.

Yeah, I think I'll have a go at it with my impact tomorrow. That plus 5lb hammer = t3h w1n!!1! (I hope...)
