Searched- PM7 pistons and rods in a d16y7?

Searched- PM7 pistons and rods in a d16y7?
I know they have the same 75.00 mm bore, but are the rod lengths and bearings the same size? I will be running a Z6 head, I want this setup to run on pump gas. I see alot of people running them in y8s, A6s, and Z6s, but not in a y7, just wondering if it was possible. Thanks for the help.
