Default Intake Manifold problem, please help ASAP

My friend is having a problem here, and I figured I would see what you guys thought...

He has a 94 Civic EX with a D16Y8 Complete Swap converted to OBD1 with obd1 harness, etc.... We had a D16Z6 Intake Manifold on the car, but the gasket leaked a little bit and we had absolutley no codes at all, but something did go wrong with it, so he had purchased a new intake manifold gasket and swapped a D16Y8 Intake Manifold back onto it, and now we are stuck with 2 codes again, 10 and 14... The 2 codes are for IACV and IAT Sensor. But we know theres gotta be something wrong because he never unplugged anything when he took it off the other intake manifold, he just undid the bolts so he knew everything would be alright... Please help with this situation it would be much help.... Thanks...

do you have the plugs switched, i think map, tps, iat and iacv have the same plugs. make sure you didnt swap those to plugs around when you/he reconnected the sensors

you must be pretty amazing to remove the throttle body, iac and intake manifold without unplugging a single sensor. actually that sounds like a pain. I didnt think the IAT could even fit between the runners to fish it through....
