Re: Just installed my JG manifold HELP!
you have a vaccum leak. But i think your IAT and IACV is switched. Then if it's still acting up you probably burned the IAT cause the 5v sensore cant take 12v which is what the IACV takes. Look at the IAT and see if the tip is burned

Re: Just installed my JG manifold HELP!
ok.. get carb cleaner and spray it around the intake manifold gasket. if ur engine start to die out then u found the leak. i'm surpised no one's suggested this earlier. it's the first thing u do when u suspect a vaccuum leak. it's possible you didn't torque the gasket down properly.

Re: Just installed my JG manifold HELP!
might not be the "gay" blox intake manifold gasket. its a real bitch to clean off all of the old gasket so if a little of the old gasket material was missed it can cause the new gasket to leak. just a thought.

Re: Just installed my JG manifold HELP!
yup, especially if the new gasket is one of those plastic ones. they're not the best at sealing and are thick so you'd want to get longer studs to bolt it down better.

Re: Just installed my JG manifold HELP!
hook up an air compressor the the inlet of your turbo, then give it some air,
when you start to hear the leak, youl find it,
if you dont hear anything,
prolly switched the IACV and the Purge plug
