Default off season rebuild T4

changing a lot of stuff while i have the time. we dont have a race around here till around mid december

switched from a aebs intake manifold to a str with 8 injector set up
now running ctr cams (gsr before)
ported head (stock port b16 before)
PT70GTQ (t3/67 with 69 rear before)
rebuilt bottom end fresh with lower comp pistons
3" downpipe w/ 4" exhaust (2.5 down pipe w/ 3" exhaust before)
car previously made 556 on 21-22 psi

only made one pass with the car before went 11.0@135 with no 2 step. should be at the track within a few weeks

yeah i thought about it, but my pockets do have a point were they stop... and i dont feel i need it just yet

i doubt the ITR cams will make more power than the gsr's with that turbo manifold, too much backpressure

What are you talking about? How is the GTQ wheel and lots of backpressure go together in a b series applocation?

well they are CTR cams like posted...dont see how there would be so much back pressure with the turbo im running.... lets say i dont make anymore power.. i have the cams why not put them in? if for some reason i need a new manifold i will deal with that later. not easy to buy everything you need all at once.

what setupe is that? with out the vtec solonoid is it no vtec or what? i seen other race cars like that i just dont know how it actually works

no it still has vtec... if you notice all the tools on the windsheild wiper tray im still working on the car.. finishing it up..
