steering wheel makes clinking noise when I turn left
I just got a 2000 Integra GSR with 60k miles on it and the steering wheel makes a clicking noise when I turn left. THE SOUND COMES FROM MY STEERING WHEEL, AND IT ONLY DOES IT WHEN I TURN LEFT! It does it 2 to 3 times on full rotation of the steering wheel at different stages of steering. Its not loud at all.. mostly audible when you’re testing it with the car at idle. Cant really hear it while driving.. only once in a while. The sound is a clink.. like it does it once at around 100 degrees (from all the way to the right) then around 360 degrees.. then maybe again around the end. Is this something I should be worried about? As I said, its not that loud and I haven’t noticed any problems with my steering as of yet, so I’m pretty sure it’s fine. The axle should be fine too cuz it doesnt sound like it's coming from the axle. Any help would be greatly appreciated
Mkay, does the wheel kind of feel like it catches on those spots that you hear the click at all? I would check the title and make sure you didn't buy a theift recovery. When my car got broken into and I caught them trying to steel it the second time they got far enough to bust my steering lock. If the sound is from the wheel, its that little lock pin stuck in the gear.
ok.... Um my father had this problem on his 93 Accord... the tech said it was the CV Joint broke... so check that and lets us kno !!
MY 2 cents.... its probably the point where your blinkers catch your steering wheel. If you have ever noticed that you have to turn your wheel a certain degree for it to catch! if its comming from your steering wheel it prob that OR someone has taken it off and didnt align everything up right

yes the car was broken into! they broke the wheel but the kill switch stopped them. they still got my seats, but I just found these LS seats for cheap and replaced them. same thing, just diff pattern.. still matches though.
what can I do to repair it? should I be worried? the wheel still locks and I already replaced the ignition key.
