best replacement radiator for a 4th gen si?
I need a new radiator for my 96 prelude si. an oem/koyo is pretty expensive so I was wondering if any of you knew of a cheaper, quality alternative. anybody ever use csf? I'm into perfromance and also would like to know if a fluidyne radiator offers better coolong abilites. Can anybody recommend a nice quality and relatively cheap radiator replacement and what else can I do to make my engine nice and cooler? I know a different thermostat and different radiator cap can help. also maybe a larger fan. anybody have any recommendations on any of those? Thanks in advance.
Just get an OEM replacement for $120 shipped to you with a lifetime warranty. A "performance" radiator is NOT going to help your car at all. If you don't track it all the time, you DO NOT need one. It's a waste of your money.
I track my car and I have an OEM replacement. I've had it for 2 years and I have not had a problem.

so the two different suggestions I'm hearing is an ebay radaitor which most of you say is fine (like a csf or maybe a koyo) or ppl also like the civic radiator idea.

Get yourself an OEM Replacement radiator and call it a day.
If you have A/C then the Civic Radiator is out of the question unless you like pains in your ***.

Idk if any of ur guys' cars do this but does anyone overheat when ur doin long distance driving? When i drive for more than an hour and a half or so the car wants to overheat and i have to keep stopping. Would a "performance" radiator help?
^you may just need more or newer coolant. But no my car doesn't do that.
I had a Koyo installed in my 95. I think it was like 175 shipped. Worked fine; looked better than stock because it was aluminium.
