Kyokugen lug nuts
I've heard a few bad things about these. They are probably not too bad if you torque them down properly, but overtighten them and they can be a bear to get off. Searh in the Type R forum as there was a recent thread about them.
Also if you are using the stock wheels, I beleive the lugnut seat is rounded while the Kyokugen lugs taper is straight, and therefore will not seat properly.

Kyokugens are conical, so they won't work properly with rounded-seat stock wheels. I didn't have any problems with mine, but they were a pain to swap wheels with all the time, having to use a key all the time was annoying. I'd recommend normal lugs, they're not that much heavier and they're so close to the hub...the volk ones are super light tho, but expensive
I heard somewhere you shouldn't subject the volk/spoon lugs to repeated torquings...is this BS? or is there validity to it? They are made of some freaky alien chit, i bet they had to put something in them to keep them from floating away, they feel like plastic weight-wise
