hey smartass... i had a p30 also.. it will activate vtec BETWEEN 5500 and 6000 depending on CONDITIONS.... learn before u talk ****

I have heard that it will work but I don't know anyone right off hand that has kept the ECU in....I do know that when Vtec kicks in it seems to be a bit louder ....
