i need ohio e-check HELP
So i passed my ohio e-chech test in summmit county grrrrrr i hate this. I passed everything except for the NO levels it requires something like.... 1450 and i was at like 2450. I dropped a D16z6 into my 92 civic dx... i have the correct computer. My engine light is on (took out the bulb for the test) and i'm not sure why... people wanna charge me like 80 bucks to read it. So any sujestions would be useful... on why my NO levels are high or on a why to read my codes without paying so much.
ok... so i tried usising a wire and checking the blinks but it just stays on......it could it have anything to do with the swap.....cuase i put a p28 in for the D16z6.... no clue... all i know is i connected them and it just stays on and if i put my key in the on position (without starting my car) it come on then off... if it is running it stays on while running.... any ideas?
like somebody said, just take it to auto zone, they check it for free! Then instead of lettng them talk you into buying their parts, come back to H-T and tell us the code
I'm in Summit co. too... damn the e-check

the guy at autozone said they can't check it because the car is a 92. they can only check a cerian year and up on imports... and a 92 isn't one of them.
You could try that pass emissions stuff that is at autozone. If you don't pass, they give you back your money double. My prelude didn't pass afterwards and they sent me money back for it. Sorry if I wasn't much help.
