Default Help,h22 swap into 93 cx#1 not igniting

(problem fix i got a different ecu)

i just drop my jdm h22 in to my 93 civic hb cx. I'm running a jdm obd1 p13 ecu and its not throwing any CEL. the problem is that #1 is not doing any thing, even though i have spark, fuel, and my compression is the same as 2,3,and 4.

what i did

spark.(using the jdm internal coil)
check the spark at the end of of the spark plug wires, and the plug(check all the gap and switching the plug from a working #(2,3,and 4).also checking the firing order. I also changed my cap, rotor, wires, and plugs with new ones and tried using the old one too.meaning cylinder 1 is sparking but its still not firing

fuel.
check my wiring in the resistor box and all connection is soldered. the injector is working as well(also tried switching the injector from the other ones. also checking the injector plug and it is working.

compression.
using the compression tester in each of 4,3,2,and 1 and all came out with 240 all the way across.

i found out #1 cylinder wasn't working because i pulled the spark plug wire while the motor was running and didn't do any difference compared to #2,3,n 4.

so what could it be?

so you have no spark at all coming from the #1 plug? And also you changed the wires right. Did you ground the spark plug when you tested it for spark? If you did all those things then all I can think of is that the timing on the distributor is off or you need a new distributor.
