Default head work (turbo ls)

whats up peeps. Im turboing my 94 ls integ and i been searching around and doing research and i come up with alot of info. alot of peps been saying head work and i understand why. But there so many way you can go what would be the best way for running 10 psi with a t3/t4 turbo .53/.60 whats the best cams and springs and retainers for the money. just wanted to see if any one with ls turbo has and helpful tips.

if u plan on revving high then get dual valve springs and titanium retainers..not sure what good turbo cams are on the market but i have always heard good things about crower..i have crower dual valve springs and retainers for LS head for sale by the way..

is it possible to use upgrade springs and retainers with out upgrading the cams in my head. what problem would come from that if any

Hey man check out dave at dh-racing you won't need to send a core or nothing he does some of the best head work. Would love to see your setup when i get home from iraq i added you to my aim i'll hollar sometime.

i am thinking about going thru him for my headwork but i did a lil bit of research on his shop.... and found a lot of unhappy customers on the net talking bad about him.......what's the deal with him.....anybody work with him lately?

some headwork + crower cams + springs/retainers will really wake that engine up.

i hear lots of good results from the crower n/a cams (403 or 404's) even with boost.....

All i got to say is there are alot of haters and don't believe everything you here. He built the engine for vince barrett which one the race last month and came in 3rd this month http://ndra.nopi.com/eqraces/d...p%204. The whole engine is built by dh-racing its in his gallery on his page.
