Hey Guys,

Well anyways a week ago I bought a ECU P27 from Blown90Hatch ready for hondata with a chip. So I get the ecu and am all happy and waiting for my ondata s200B. So I finally get my s200B and plug that 1 wire into the ecu and change the eprom chip that came with my hondata package. I go and plug it in and the car just wont stop priming you just hear the gas going in the buzzing sound and it wont stop. I dont know whats wrong. I have the obd harness,the ecu, and hondata s200b. I Have already returned the ecu to blown90hatch cause it did the fuel pump thing before. He sent me a new one and it does the same thing.

Please help im just trying to get my car to run so I can go get it tuned. Is the fuel priming cause its hasnt been tuned or something I dont see hwo that would change anything but its really annoying cause this is a big pain in the ***.

this may sound stupid, but you did install the chip correctly?

 

ya i put the new one in exactly how I took it out the old one. I decided just nwo that I was going to put the chip that came with the ecu back in and see what happens cause I havnt tried it with the one that came with the ecu...

Lets see what hapens be back in like 5 with the results if it still fuel pumps forever

 

ok well i put the old chip back in and now it atleast runs but the fuel pump thing itll jsut keep priming for some reason. its really annoying... I dont have injectors there just stock but I do have a flue pump 255 walbro.

Did you or some Hondata tuner burn a basemap for you on the chip? Or did you just plug in the blank chip?

 

can you please explain the "1 wire" thing, are you refering to the 4wire connector that goes to CN2 ??

also did you program the chip ??
as far as i know those chips that comes in the package are all blank

also if the CN2 connector is on backwards it will throw a solid cel

 

the 4 wire onnector is the thing that i meant. And it doesnt throw any codes the chip that came with the hondata was blank but the one that came with the ecu had a basemap.. I still dont understand why it is making the fuel pump just buzz and not turn off while in prim position

ya there is no cell. i sent the ecu to the guy and he replaced the chip and ecu
