I made 8hp on the dyno switching from BCPR7ES-11 to BKR7E. (Just a FYI)

whats the diff between these and say ngk's BKR7ES ? Thats what im using right now, are these better?

one has a projected tip. perosnally i havent seen a power difference but i wont say there isnt since i dont have facts.
what step cold do i need for my setup

BCP7E's will work well until about 350 WHP
8's for 350-400
9's for 400+ or aggresive street tunes in pump gas highly recommended.

generlaly the 7's are good to 350 WHP
8's 350-400
9's 400+ and aggresive street tunes/pumpgas tunes.
if you got 7's i'd prob stick with 7's for 250 WHP. its a good plug.
