Default Neep help choosing motor.

Ok so here's the deal I got another hatch and I can't figure out what motor to put in it. I had a 92 hatch with a JDM b16 in it and I ran good times with it, but now i have the chance to start fresh so input would be nice.
Sohc vtec turbo
JDM GS-R
JDM B16A SiR II w/ LSD

This is just to start with because IDK what my future plans are with whatever motor I pick. As for now just something fun to drive.

If i go sohc turbo it's gonna be stock as well with any other motor. I know turbo is in the future it won't be DD but I'm not looking for a monster motor either. I guess it's a dumb question just wanted to know what ppl would do in this situtation. Thanks

yea i can get a JDM B16 w/LSD for $1900
JDM Gsr non lsd $2450 w/ lsd $3000
like i said i had a b16 before and i liked it i might get the b16 lsd since it's cheaper plus still good power just suck *** torque

I'm going turbo in the future so I might say no on the ITR. The only reason I was gonna go sohc vtec turbo is I can build the motor and turbo it for the price of a Gsr w/ LSD, I'm not in no rush right now since winter is coming but I was also thinking H23 vtec but can't find any of those setups on H-T

you know wat homie you can get a b20/v for the same price as a GSR and with it you would have a lot more power. get it with a y21 tranny with a jdm itr lsd.

I personally, if I was in your shoes would do the B16/lsd motor. For one it's cheap, IMO you have a better head than the gsr(again, my opinion.) And if you plan on boosting it in the future, I like B16 turbo's more than gsr turbo's. The B16's don't have that off the line torque, so when the turbo spools, mated with the lsd you're not gonna be blowin the tires off. There are allot of engine builders that prefer the B16 for quick turbo street cars. Plus if your plans change, you can always throw some pct pistons in it, do a head job and some other things and you've got a quick na car! Either way, my personal thoughts you can't go wrong.

or just do a basic ls/v or b20/v thro in arp rod bolts, bearings, studs, itr oil-water pump gsr cams and a turbo. sounds excpendsive but not really if you look at it. itr pumps, andthe gsr cams under wat 150 each and if you get a really good ems then youll be making more then a b16 would. really basic to. but thats if you want to play with the big boys with a budget.
watever you do dont get a soch turbo. its great an all but to make it run great like the dochs you sorta need cash on ya.
with your choises i would go with a jdm gsr and built it either way turbo or na
