MY CAR IDLE WEIRD...HELP
my 94 hatch cx idles weird. its a stock cx motor with 190k on it. ran compression test and numbers came out 180-180-175-180 i have no rpm gauge so i dont knwo what its idling at. but it sounds like it goes around 1k and drops to a piont where the car kind of shake a lil bit and goes back up. does that all the time. i have tried turning the air ratio on the throttle body but it didn't help. i also tried turning up the distrubutor but that didn't work either. im probably doing somthign wrong, someone help.
It could be a lot of things mabe an IAC or a vacume leak, intake manifold gasket that went bad, missfire, slow fuel injecter, clogerd cat. good luck and i hope i helped a little.

i second that, my buddies nissan got worse and worse till it was stalling out all the time cause of the fuel filter. whenever i bought my car i had to change it since no one probably touched it like ever. Also my buddies hatch does that but he made it do it on purpose, of course his doesn't go that low to stall but he said he did that by taking out his air flow sensor or something like that, have someone check your airflow sensors, they could be bad. forgive me if i'm vague but i dont know where those sensors are and i've never dealt with them so i'm unfamiliar to that. my idle has been fugged up for a while, it idles at 0. i took it to honda and they adjusted it for me and now it idles at 300ish, so i'm not gonna fu#$ with it
