im buying a del sol soon and today my grandfather who was a mechanic at ford for 25 years looked at it everything is ok but he said the oil light didnt come on when you turn on the car and im just curious why that it wouldnt come on he said something about oil pressure but the current owner says its fine so im thinking it might just be a blown bulb has this happened to anyone with a sol its 94 si thanks!

 

does it have oil?

 

i had it happen with my neon it was a bulb, check the bulb if it is ok... check the oil sender
