Default ecu codes tell me map, tps, and iacv are all bad help!

my teg is acting wierd. I start it up cold and the engine winds up to 3k and fluctuates to 750 over and over until it warms up then it stays a 2k. The ecu tells me that the map the tps and the idle air control valve is not functioning properly. checked all connections. does anyone have a clue?

take out the map and the iacv and clean it.....you can take the tps out but then you need to realign the tps sensor by measuring to see if the volt is firing correctly...so if you dont know then just take out the iacv behind the manifold and the map sensor....

sounds like an issue with a bad ground to me especially because those three sensors are all within like 6 inches of eachother.

This use to happen on a couple DA's (90 & 92 integra) I once had:

one one of them it was a grounding issue
picked up a grounding kit; problem solved.

on the other, it was a combination of a leak in one of the vacuum hoses and a malfunctioning ecu due to the code being intermittent....the code would come up different at different time, so I made sure my vacuum hoses were fixed, and I swapped out the ecu for another.

problems went away
