FS: Precision SC61 (needs some love...)
i have a precision sc61 turbo for sale. specs are:
- Rated HP - 680
- Part# - SC-6176E
- Wheel Dia - 61mm
- Inlet/Outlet - 3" / 2"
- Bearing - 360 Race
- .70 A/R compressor
- .63 A/R turbine
- 56 trim
it needs a new shaft (fins are all ok) and possibly a center cartrage (if you get it rebuilt a ball bearing option would greatly improve spool time and eliminate a ton of friciton and will last longer). all other components have approx. 3k miles on them. $250 shipped OBO. let me know, i need it gone asap.
this turbo made 456whp 320tq on 20psi with C16
and 426whp 295tq on 20 psi with Sunoco 94
thanks...
pics will be up saturday/sunday

oh yeah good point....i want to say it was an oil issue. a few months ago my motor started knocking. bearings didnt spin but it had detonated. i want to say a lack of oil pressure (i know this doenst cause the detonation, but it happend during the same run-detonated and lost oil pressure). thanks
