Default preferred clutch setup?

I have the car in my sig and lately, it's getting to where it grinds slightly each shift at WOT although it's golden anywhere else in the rev range, I think my clutch is starting to wear out (stock replacement clutch). I know a lot of people run ACT but I am looking to go a bit cheaper, money is not the problem, I just put myself on a strict budget for this car and I am trying not to break it. I used a no name clutch in my last AWD DSM and it lasted more than 20k and countless trips down the strip at 22 psi so I know you don't have to be name brand to last. I am wondering if anyone has used this with any success. I have never heard of them before and couldn't really locate squat with the search. Thanks in advance.

I tried out an Exedy stage 1 on my car. I found it great so far. Check out Exedy as well.

That is the brand I was referring to about my awd DSM. That car took a crap load of launches at the drag strip and one broken rear end and the clutch is still holding strong to this day and I sold it over a year ago.

I will check out exedy too man. Just trying to get a 12 second et for under 3k total, proving a point I guess

im goin centreforce dual friction with ACT street flywheel, should be a very decent setup, even going all act would be good. but if money is an issue check ebay for exedy or something.

i was answering his question about the clutch... and since eh said it was a stock clutch with nitrous it wont hold for long, so he needs to get one anyways....

But the grinding, When you swap your clutch, instead of regular oil in your tranny, get up with Jeremy Eubanks, and get some GM synchro mesh from him... that is the heat for trannies.... Takes away grinds if there are any, and makes shifting smoother=== Great tranny then with no problems..

I was also going to ad a post about this clutch issue. Saw the ad on ebay about the proclutch kit sttage 3 and an 8lbs flywheel (Chromoly) [wich they say is stronger than aluminum] for under $300, i'm about to buy it but could anyone tell me what the gain would be over stock with this set up? would it be worth it?
heres the item
