civic headlight \\QQ!!!!!!
hi i just got a 99 civic coupe, i need new headlights, is there anyway to get the headlight out woithout having to take off the front bumper+gril, and how is the grill attached? sorry for noob questions, my first honda.
nope you gotta take off the bumper. The grill will come out with the bumper. Just take out the 5-6 clips under the hood on top of the grill. 2 philip screws in the fenders. And like 2-3 10 mm screws under the front of the bumper.

Agreed. It's a 4 minute job. <TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by -Gambit- »</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">nope you gotta take off the bumper. Follow these directions, it's cake. And then you won't have to worry about trying to wiggle the headlights out and messing something up.

Yeah, fenders are prone to get damaged in the above scenario.

I had actually taken a headlight out of a car with the front bumper on but it was a pain in the neck... dont do it, because you wont ever get it back in. Front bumper only take 2 mins to take off.... Do it the right way first, it will save you lots of time...

thanks all, i know the bumper isnt that hard its just the intercooler and foglights make it a bit of a pain but nothing i cant handle. Thanks for all your reply imma go pull it off now
in not that it was a big issue, i was just wonderin if i could with out it. the bumper has slight modification to fit the IC its just a really tight fit. Its already done though, i had fog and moisture starting to build up, so i took em' off and \SLOWLY dried it out.
its a Y7 with a greddy kit.
