you can get the blinker flasher deal from like any auto parts store and its located on the left under your dash get a manual and flasher relay but most likely its not the flasher unit they dont go out that often
Under the dash on the left its mounted to the wall with a bolt going thro the top of it, you'll see 2 or three more relays in the same area depending on the options and yr of your car. Just remove them all. Aka take the 10mm bolt or nut out and slide them off so you can read the sides of them. One of them will say Hazzrd Flasher, simply unplug it from the harness and replace with a new one from any auto suply store and reasemble. Its pretty easy.

No that usually means that you have a burned out bulb. Did you check to make sure that all of your blinkers are blinking?
And I don't know how you can say it usually means it is a flasher when you don't even know what or where it is.

Yes, that's what it usually means. If the relay is dead, they usually don't work at all. Have you even had someone/yourself stand outside the car and check to make sure all the parking lights/blinkers are working? If not, replace the bulbs and your problem will be fixed.
Remember to check the parking lights by turning them on to the primary position. I don't remember exactly how Civic bulbs are, but some Honda bulbs are dual filament. If one is dead, the car will "assume" the bulb is dead and give you that "hyper flasher" deal.

hey man lighten up
I would consider all of the blinker fluid comments to be making fun of the people who actually ask how they can change their blinker fluid, not someone like you who is just asking a question. Now your original question in the first post was very unclear, that is what prob sparked some of these comments.

you asked about the blinker flasher. that's why the blinker fluid was brought up. had you simply described your problem instead of referencing something that doesn't exist, we wouldn't have told you to change something that doesn't exist.
