i don't know this is my first car and it looks alot better faster than slower i just thought someone could help me out.

Find the flasher relay under the dash. unplug it, open it up, and swap out the resistor for something of a lower ohm rating.

theres a little kit you could buy...it has a **** that lets you slow it down or speed it up..or you could just cut one of the wires...not sure witch one

I wouldn't do it if I were you. Faster blinkers requires A LOT more power from your alternator. This can lead to possible recoiling of your ignition causing you to lose horsepower at the wheels and/or break your distributor.
