i've had the same symptoms .. it could also be #15 in the engine fuse box .. but yeah .. i'm pretty sure the fuse is blown .. and it will blow instantly again when he puts in a new fuse if something is shorting and he doesn't know ..

please read the rules:"2.B. Please do not make thread titles in all caps or with symbols that will attract attention. This steers users away from the other (most likely more important) threads on the page"
as said above,it's most likely that fuse is blown.BUT,you need to find out why it blew.hopefully it won't blow after you replace it,but if it does, start troubleshooting.try removing the turn signal and reverse bulbs, then replace the fuse and see what happens.check the wiring in those areas to make sure nothing is pinched.

it worked out fine its just that my left turn signal clicks a hell of a lot faster than my right turn signal, also my spedometer and climate control lights don't come on at night(or when i turn my lights on) than. though
if the cluster works .. and the lights don't light up .. it could be the dimmer switch .. most likely .. one light kicks faster than the other .. you have a burned bulb .. making the relay go faster .. check it up and come back for more ..
my dimmer switch is turned all the way up, or on. you know what i mean. my instrument panel is not oem its aftermarket but that shouldnt stop the climate control lights to come on, because i know the they are linked together somehow(ie. turn on the headlights the instrument and climate control panel lights up) but thanx for the info. i think the turnsignal does have a relay prob....bob
