eh2 with a h22 swap.
ok when i drive to about 6500rpm my CEL will go on for a code 16 which is fuel injection circuit.
but before 6500rpm the car runs strong no problems at all. VTEC even works but untill 6500rpm. i try to take it to 7400rpm red line but i cant.
anyone know what it could be?

eh2 - civic hatch dx
stock injectors - voltmeter with 2.6ohms
i had a wiring issue before because a wire was loses but i pluged it back in and its fine.
what do you mean by under load?

i believe not under load is not accelerating, meaning you're not putting any "work" on the engine</TD></TR></TABLE>
o ok. nope its fine when not under load. engine works perfect before 6500rpm under load or not. vtec even kicks in but will shut down after 6500rpm.
after the CEL is on the car will be sluggish at 3000rpm in all gears but 5th. But when i turn the key off then turn the key back in the on position and let off the clutch while im moving the CEL will go away and the car will run fine again.

cars running fine. if i was running lean or rich im sure the O2 would go off. The plugs are also brown.
motor is stock. no cams or cam gears. timing is fine. what does timing got to do with a code 16 though? could it be ignition timing?

stock p13. its not the ecu im for sure. because i pluged another ecu in and same thing.
Unplug one injecter a start the car its going to run like ****, but check the voltage to the injecters, im not sure what the volts are suppost to be but repeat the process on all four. Ive never done it cause I had no need to do it. Im sure it wont fry anything. If that checks out get the injecters pressure tested. Or your fuel pump may not be supplying enough fuel. Thats the only thing I can come up with. Can anybody confirm this?
I have an b17 acura book it says 16 is injectors. Focus on the injecters I bet its the injecters laying down in the upper rpms. If you get another set and try them if it does the same focus on the wiring

i already did all that.
getting the right voltage for all 4 injectors. all 4 injectors are at 2.6 ohms.
and im running a civic fuel pump and i ask about this a week ago and people said if im running a stock motor then the civic fuel pump is fine.

has it always done this since swap or recently, if its done it the whole time you might as well replace the fuel pump.
resistance seems pretty low for injectors, should be between 11-12ohms. are you using a resistor box? i would hook up a fuel gauge and watch fuel pressure while the problem happens. you should have 12v at the yellow/black wires at the fuel injectors.

its peak and hold injectors with resistor box. should be lower then the normal. my brothers gsr injectors are 12ohms and i was told h22 peak and hold are low. 1.5ohms to like 2.6ohms.
and i have 12 volts at the yellow black wires.
Im gonna switch fuel pumps with a prelude one and see if that works.

but isnt 2.6ohms right for obd1 h22 injectors? why replace it if its ok.
is there anyway this could be a distributor problem?
