all i can say is dont buy **** from best buy unless you know someone that works their and they can give you their discount. i had one 12in rockford P3 it was nice 500 RMS and 1000 peak sound wasnt bad either i got it for $130 brand spanking new while best buy was sellin it for $250 if i were you i would go with a 10 in alpine Type R 500wRMS 1500w Peak (the 12 in has the same specs but is a little more expensive but not much) they should have it at best buy it sound great for the money goto http://www.etronics.com or http://www.sonicelectronix.com i bought my rockford from sonicelectronix. etronics is a little bit cheaper priced. goto http://www.etronics.com/listpr...store= and under the brand down arrow pick alpine they dont have a pic of the type R but like i said check it out at best buy if you are willing to spend the 116 bucks at best buy why not get a better sub for 99 bucks plus shipping. (shipping didn't cost me much it cost $35 to ship a sub and a an amp from cali to minnesota and the P3 is a heavy bitch)
you can alo find an amp on etronics get an amp that had the same RMS or better
http://www.etronics.com/mysear...store= go there for amps look under the 1501w-1800w section i was running my rockford witha kenwood amp that was 400RMS and 1000wpeak goto the brand dropdown menu and select kenwood the KAC-X811D for $229 would be a mint little amp to run the alpine i paid $180 for my amp that bumped my sub pretty good this is a good setup any bix really will do but get a ported one that the sub will fit in i bought the q-logic bandpass box that they have at best buy they sell it for a $100 i got it for $50 from a friends discount there the p3 was a little deep and sqwooshed the ports a little bit but it still sounded mint

I like Rockford Fosgate amps a lot but not a huge fan of their subs. I would go with a Rockford Fosgate amp and I don't know what all BB carries in the way of subs but maybe some Alpines or something.
