sup guys...i thinkin on droppin an ls/vtec motor on my del sol...are this setups reliable or they go to **** in the long run?? any help would be appreciated...thanx

 

you half *** the motor and prep work then the motor wont last.
but if u build the motor right and have it properly tuned then your good to go 40k+ if you dont abuse it for every second of its life. My b16 has like 20k on it and pulls strong
