Default Need sub selection help, please

Ok well I went to pick up the Boston G5 sub i wanted and found out that they didn't have it in stock.

While i was there the guy reccomended a few other subwoofers he had available, I couldn't listen to em cause there were no demo models.

But what I'm after is soemthing to give me more bass, nice boom not wanting to win any comps or anything, just want some nice clean base.

So which one of these subs would provide me the best bang for my buck ?

Boston G5 dual 4 ohms $460
Focal 27A $ 220
Focal 33A $ 305
Crossfire BMF 1228 $ 280
Treo Tsi12.4 $280
Alpine Type R $280.00
Phoenix Gold Zr12D4 $300.00

I'm wondering how these subs compare to the G5 and would the Focal's be the best in this group ?

Thanx again for any help guys, i appreciate it
