Car shakes when driving... rotors?
If I drive at any speed, the car sort of wobbles back and forth a little, and the steering wheel shakes back and forth a little. It is more annoying when on the freeway because it shakes alot faster. When i hit the brakes hard it becomes alot worse. Could this be the rotors? or what else could be causing this?

Does the brake pedal pulsate at all ?

You could have several sceneraios.
It is possible to have an extremely warped rotor that will cause a pulsation even when not braking. Usually a side to side steering wheel shake whil breaking is do to a warped rotor.
You can have, like I had, a CV shaft with bad bearings. Mine wer both new, but I would get a shake under hard acceleration, turned out to be one of my shafts, which I just pulled out and warrantied.
Low speed shake like your car is taking lazy side to side walking steps=seperated tires, it gets worse as you speed up.
You could have an out of balance wheel, but you usually won't feel that at a low speed. It is very possible to not have your wheel sitting flush on the hub or using the wrong lug nuts which both will cause your car to ride like ****.
It's not the alignment (the pulsation)
I run a wheel and tire shop, most people with 20"s and up come in saying "my car is shaking, does that mean I need an alignment (actually most say line up) the answer is always no, its always something else.

If your rotors are warped you would have a pulsation from your brake pedal.....Check your rims you might have thrown a weight, or you could have tread seperation...and last but not least check your bearings.....

Same symptoms of a warped rotor.

I used to have the same problem as you. Vibration at low speeds and get worse as you go faster right? I checked everything everyone posted above and found nothing wrong. I then decided to get new tires all around and it fixed everything.
I was looking at the old tires as the mechanic was rolling it away and I noticed that the inside walls were warped, crappy *** kumhos. If you don't have the money to get new tires I suggest you take it to a tire shop and ask them to balance all 4 tires.

Do a search on "Steering rack end bushing"
common thing apparently. wheel shakes side to side while driving, shakes hard under highway 40mph> speeds but the pedal is not pulsating.

your steering rack END bushing needs replacement. $10 part.

also, check your tie rod end and inner balljoints for play.
dont forget to tighten your pinion gearbox.
trust me, i had this problem on BOTH CRX ive owned and done it on other ppls car, all with the same symptoms and great results.
it MAY be your rotors being warped, but warped rotors should not cause your car to vibrate and shake. a warped rotor alone will just be a mild pulsing.

Also check on your front wheel bearings. Make sure they are tight. I had a HORRIBLE vibration problem due to this. And simply tightning the axle nut took care of it. However, if the axle night is tight and the front wheel bearing is STILL loose, then you need to replace the bearing.
