Slicks and a GOOD driver, I'd say somewhere like 12.5-13.0
Street tires, I dunno. You don't absolutely have to modify your map sensor, but you might get some errors thrown at you. You could run check valves, run the AFC-hack, get some real management, etc.
What exactly is wrong with your map sensor now? Is it making your car do something it's not supposed to?
