Default 1\4 mile times with turbo

When I go turbo (DRAG or F-MAX) with my 92 LS, what kind of 1\4 mile times will I expect at the base 7 or 8 psi (I think) the kits come with?

Low 13's if you are decent driver.
12's on slicks, if you drive it like you stole it.

if you're currently running a 16.2, with a drag kit and 7psi i'd say in the mid to high 13's.

Currently running a 16.2... drag kit with 7psi will net you a low 14 on street tires. Do not listen to anyone above ok ?

I'm confident I can get that 16.2 down some more. Probably 15.9....The weather the day that I ran was in the 90's and it was muggy as hell + My front tires need to be replaced soon. Anyway, more responses please....

I'm guessing low 14s. Dropping 2 seconds off your time is a good increase

let's assume I get low 14's on street tires. How much psi would I have to be running to get to mid-to-low 13's. And at what psi will the stock bottom-end be vulnerable.

The 90-93 integras are lighter then the 94+s. I believe 2300 lbs? This guy ran a 11.9 @ 14 psi on slicks with a full built engine with full interior except for a spare tire. So 7/8 PSI should net you high 13's, low 14's on street tires. but hey...it all depends on the driver and the traction.

I believe the 90-93 are 20lbs lighter than the 94-00 if not the same.

My(2 teg weighs in at 2470... with everything in except the spare tire. That is with a 1/4 tank of gas. My car ran 15.3 with the LS motor... I cannot seem to remember the trap speed right now I think it was arount 89-90. I swapped in a B16and ran it again i ran a 15.3 again with 93 mph with a high 2.4 '60 ft time. I was running on borrowed 14 inch wheels with all season tires.

Now I am running a a turbo on the car with T3 running 5 psi... that car seems like a low 14 car... I have not run as yet but my friend has a mid 13 sec miata.. comparing my car to his that is what it seems like. I could be wrong though

Dustin is correct. You will not run mid or high 13's on a stock motor w/ a base turbo kit @ 8lbs. Nope... not going to do it. Don't get your hopes up by listening to those guys. You would be lucky to hit low 14's. My guess is mid 14's. Turbo usually takes 1.5 - 1.8 seconds off the 1/4 at stock boost levels.

Prior to my turbo I ran a best e.t. of 15.5 w/ a stock B18c1 motor in a 95 civic coupe on street tires and I am a very good driver.

So how much boost should I be running to hit mid to high 13's then? And do I have to reinforce my stock block?

i think the revhards kits is good up to 9psi before reinforcement of bottom end is needed. i dunno bout wat the other guy said that it will net u a low 14?! more like net u 13's...all day....12's w/slicks. if a 50shot nos is gonna get u to the 14's.....wat do u guyz think a t3/t4 hybrid is gonna do for u?? MUCH more pull. just how i thought it was supposed to be
