I have the same problem with my bro's rex. His is a 90 HF. Its coming from the passenger side lift. Haven't spent much time worrying about it since its just parked inside. When we brought it home, we hosed her down to take all the bird crap off, and the next morning when we took the carpet out, there was a substantial amount of water in the spare tire inset.

I'll take another closer look at it tonight and see if i can find a fix.

if the drain tubes are in place and clear then look into resealing the two roof lines especially by the back where the hatch starts.

otherwise its your taillight gaskets....

I'd like to see water get from my tail lights to my hatch struts...

I have this same problem, and all my sunroof drain tubes are clear, etc. One of these days I'm going to take off the mouldings and honda-bond the **** out of everything. It's been raining the past few days, my car smells like feet.
