THE STORY: i bought a 97 hatch a couple days ago and the previous owner removed the condensor. i picked up a condensor from a friend yesterday and installed it. and filled the system with freon as well.

i hooked everything up and it seems im not getting any power to the compressor (the clutch is not engaging or spinning)
the condensor fan is running and everything? but the relay plug from the condensor to compressor is not showing power with a circuit tester (light bulb version)

any ideas before i take her to an a/c shop and blow my pay check on it?????
