AC compressor not engaging
Just re-installed all AC components into my 93 and had the system pressure/leak tested and results are negative - no leaks. I also had my circuit board from the climate control re-soldered and that fixed the non-responsive vents.
Now, that the AC system is filled with freon, we can't get the compressor to come on. All I recall seeing from the compressor is one plug for power. Isn't there supposed to be a ground wire? Would I be able to put direct power to this compressor to check if it's working as well? Thanks.

Not yet. I haven't had a chance to check if any fuses were burnt but have found out I can directly put 12v of power to the compressor without damaging it. So, I will need to see if that'll engage the clutch and go from there. Also, it shouldn't matter that my condenser fan is a slim fan and not factory, right?
