Okay, so my buddy and I are going to install my sub and amp tonight (hopefully).
We're probably just going to route the wires for the RCA's, power wire, and remote wire tonight, actually.
However, what I'm wondering is when I pull the deck (4 yr. old Pioneer 7300), where should I be plugging the RCA's into, exactly? What's the name of the two ports for the RCA's?
Also, how do I wire up my remote wire for the amp, so I can control the bass level coming out of the sub?
I suck at tEh car audi0
HELP!

Remote turn on for the amp will be the BLUE wire coming out of the decks wiring harness.
Unless you are talking about one of those remote ***** that comes with some amps....in that case I have no idea
You mean the deh-p7300? If so you should have 3 sets of rca's.
I'm pretty sure the rca's have labels on them. Should have two sets on wires(front & rear) and one set that plugs right into the back of the deck (sub/non fading)

Awesome, thanks for the help.
What I'm saying is the amp I bought has a blue remote wire coming from it, so do I have to splice that onto the blue wire coming from the deck's harness?
Also, I will be plugging the positive and negative RCA's for the amp into the Sub input? Duh
