Default Engine Price?

I just got my K20 Clip last Friday and have had 3 people tell me they are very interested in buying my current stock motor. But since I have never bought one I have no idea what the going rate is. Need help on pricing. All help is greatly appreciated in advance, thanks, Cesar.

Specs:
Canadian 1996 Honda Civic Si
D16Y8 1.6 SOHC VTEC
5 Speed Manual Transmission
Currently in my car and running strong with 90,000 Miles.
Will be selling everything with it, including but not limited to:
*Axles
*Mounts
*ECU
*Wiring
*Radiator, etc.

I'd start at $500 and work my way from there.

Should sell around 400-600 at most.

D's are cheap. You won't get much for it.

When you pulled it did it leak or burn oil? Tranny grind or anything? For everything I would buy it for $700 maybe a lil more. Wish ya were closer though.
