one of the ***** to fold down the rear seats in my hatch broke off. i was wondering how i can get it folded down without it so i can replace my seats. thanks :]

 

Is there a metal peg still? Use pliers to pull up on it.

 

needlenose to yank on metal post or if your replacing the seats jus cut it open and pull it with your fingers

 

pliers, my car came like that also i put crazy glue on the end, got the peg lined up with the **** and squished it on there, problem solved!

 

what color seats?
you can have my old blue ones if you want!
that'll fix the problem, but for now you could go to the back of the seat and wedge a screwdriver in where the seat clips to the shock tower and just pop it free.

Just remove the latches on the back of the seats. Mine are completely removed. There's no real point to them being there anyway. Even on the fastest stops the rear seat has never folded.
