yes its easy..just thread 2 bolts on the stud then take it off using the lower bolt to loosen it...

You put two nuts on the post, but only losening the lower one its going to wedge itself against the upper one allowing you to remove the stud like you had the wrench on it.

Go to a Honda Dealership, buy as many as you need and pop them right in.

just grab the damn thing with vice grips and turn it out (the bottoms are threaded like all bolts)
Then just replace it

I use Vise grips, PB blaster and torch to get those out.

They turn out like a normal bolt.
